That's interesting considering it supports the following discrete GPUs as per its psref document. And that is actually the main (only?) difference between the ThinkCentre M90q Gen 3 and ThinkStation P360 Tiny.
Yeah, the M90q Gen 3 does seem to support dGPUs in its small rear slot- just many tiers lower than what this P360 Ultra offers (T1000 appears to be ~MX450, while A5000 is ~RTX 3080 Mobile).
Well, that's really cool, except most of the software this machine would be used for doesn't run on a Mac Studio anyway. Hell, even AutoCAD doesn't run natively on ARM based Macs yet. Oh, and it probably cost half as much too.
Its interesting hardware though I would argue the creative liberties taken to introduce it in the article are almost comically missing the mark in industry trends while ignoring computing history and what people have actually used to perform workstation-like workloads over the last two decades, and goes off on an unrelated tangent with Zotac (Was that paid in-article advertising? It stinks of that sort of thing because placement and mention of specific products looks awkwardly shoe-horned into the article and given Zotac's placement in the industry, it wouldn't surprise me if they were among AT's dwindling income sources.)
If you mean Precision 3260 Compact (and its Comet Lake predecessor 3240 Compact), it's definitely not. They're basically an OptiPlex mini with larger case and PCIe slot.

Dell also launched something similar recently (Precision mini 3240 something). Wonder if they were sourcing from the same ODMlogoffon - Thursday, June 23, 2022 - link

This is gunning for the HP Z2 Mini G9. It's good to have choices.
